  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Ryobi manuals, batteries, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
